Compensation Range: $210,000 – $260,000 (annualized USD)

You will play a key role in automating and optimizing mobile system performance in a secure environment. This position combines hands-on technical engineering with strategic thinking to improve testing, reliability, and scalability of critical mobile capabilities. You will collaborate closely with software developers and mission stakeholders to develop automation workflows, integrate testing frameworks, and ensure system integrity across complex mobile environments.
Design and implement automated test frameworks and validation processes for mobile platforms.
Develop scripts and tooling to streamline testing and system verification.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex dataflow and automation issues.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to integrate new capabilities into operational environments.
Document designs, test plans, and performance results.
Proficiency with mobile operating systems (Android and/or iOS).
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Familiarity with CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Background in mobile software automation and testing.
Familiarity with cloud-based test infrastructure.
Understanding of network protocols and system integration.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline OR 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
12+ years of relevant professional experience.
Salary at Intezra is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $210,000 to $260,000 (annualized USD).
