Compensation Range: $210,000 – $260,000 (annualized USD)

In this senior engineering role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software systems supporting mission operations. You’ll combine strong full-stack development with DevOps automation—ensuring code reliability, continuous integration, and system resilience in high-demand environments.
Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications across frontend and backend components.
Build CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts for efficient, secure deployments.
Monitor and optimize software performance, scalability, and availability.
Collaborate with DevOps engineers to improve build and release processes.
Document technical designs, test cases, and operational procedures.
Strong experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Familiarity with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
Proficiency with Git-based workflows and Agile practices.
Understanding of distributed systems and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Background in infrastructure automation and monitoring.
Experience with microservices and RESTful API design.
Exposure to container security and CI/CD observability.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline OR 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
8+ years of relevant professional experience.
Salary at Intezra is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $210,000 to $260,000 (annualized USD).
