Network Developer (Reverse Engineering)

Location: Columbia, MD
Compensation Range: $210,000 – $260,000 (annualized USD)
Clearance Required: Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

You will develop and enhance complex network analysis and software systems. This position involves reverse engineering network protocols, building robust communication tools, and developing solutions that improve data flow and system interoperability.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop network protocol analysis and automation tools.

  • Conduct reverse engineering of proprietary network systems.

  • Build software components for secure, high-throughput network environments.

  • Analyze dataflow performance and recommend optimization strategies.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers to integrate networking solutions.

Skills Requirements:

  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python for low-level development.

  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP and related protocols.

  • Experience with Wireshark, Scapy, or similar packet analysis tools.

  • Familiarity with Linux systems and scripting.

  • Excellent debugging and documentation skills.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with embedded platforms or RTOS environments.

  • Knowledge of reverse engineering methodologies and tools.

  • Understanding of secure network design principles.

Education & Experience Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline OR 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
12+ years of relevant professional experience.

Compensation & Employment Policy:

Salary at Intezra is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $210,000 to $260,000 (annualized USD).
