Compensation Range: $210,000 – $260,000 (annualized USD)

You’ll design, develop, and sustain CI/CD infrastructure and automation capabilities that support complex operational environments. Working closely with mission stakeholders, you’ll help define requirements, build infrastructure-as-code deployments, and ensure the reliability and scalability of enterprise-level systems.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code deployments in production environments.
Automate build, deployment, and monitoring pipelines using modern DevOps tools.
Manage GitLab CI/CD infrastructure and associated integrations.
Collect and analyze system metrics to improve software performance and resiliency.
Collaborate with analysts and engineers to deploy end-to-end solutions for mission operations.
Extensive experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Packer, Ansible).
Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies.
Strong development experience in Linux environments.
Familiarity with structured databases (PostgreSQL, SQLite).
Background in site reliability engineering and system observability.
Scripting experience (Python, Go, JavaScript, Bash).
Experience deploying and running open-source tools in classified environments.
Familiarity with Svelte, OpenTelemetry, or OpenObserve.
Prior CNO experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline OR 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
12+ years of relevant professional experience.
Salary at Intezra is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $210,000 to $260,000 (annualized USD).
