Compensation Range: $200,000 – $250,000 (annualized USD)

We are seeking a Team Lead (SWE3) to lead a software engineering team focused on improving the developer and reverse engineering experience across a shared development platform. This role blends technical leadership, team coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight, ensuring the team delivers high-quality tooling and workflow improvements that meaningfully impact productivity.
As the team’s lead, you will serve as the primary interface with stakeholders, guide technical direction, and support the professional growth of engineers on the team. This position is ideal for senior engineers who enjoy leading people, shaping developer experience initiatives, and staying hands-on when needed.
Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a software engineering team.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing communication, priorities, and expectations.
Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings to support performance, growth, and alignment.
Identify, document, and prioritize technical and operational requirements.
Manage team staffing needs, onboarding, and resource planning.
Provide technical guidance and hands-on support when needed to unblock the team.
Track progress, risks, and dependencies; communicate status and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, impactful tooling and workflow improvements.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
Strong software engineering background with experience in technical leadership roles.
Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
Experience coordinating work across multiple teams or stakeholder groups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with modern software development practices, tooling, and workflows.
Proven ability to operate effectively in complex or constrained development environments.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Experience leading developer productivity, internal tooling, or platform teams.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or modern developer experience platforms.
Experience working in stakeholder-facing or contract-driven engineering environments.
Prior exposure to reverse engineering or security-focused engineering efforts.
Background mentoring or growing early- to mid-career engineers.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and 12+ years of relevant professional experience
OR
16+ years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
Salary is determined by multiple factors, including location, education, experience, technical depth, leadership scope, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $200,000 – $250,000 (annualized USD).
